Jess Mills - Owner/Natural Health & Wellness Planner/Fitness Trainer
Before going away to University, I had never set foot in a gym and was actually a little apprehensive about it. I had always been active throughout my childhood trying my hand at several team sports before falling in love with competitive Synchronized Skating. For over 10 years, the Bluewater Blades were a part of my family and kept me in great shape growing up. Fast-forward to my 3rd year at the University of Guelph and a few pant sizes later, I realized something needed to change -- apparently Mom's regular meals and 6am morning practices were actually good for me! This was when I joined my first gym, hired a Personal Trainer and fell in love with the "high" of fitness and the control it brought into my life.

As a holistic wellness planner and fitness trainer, I work with clients whose goals range from fat loss to specific health concerns, rehabilitative training to sports conditioning, and in my BURN Program, meal planning and sustainable lifestyle changes as well. Anyone who’s worked with me knows I’m a stickler for FORM: I have a specific interest in back and shoulder health and am quite particular about proper training and re-conditioning for these highly vulnerable areas.
The best part of this career path has been seeing from day-to-day the change I can encourage in someone's life; it is so rewarding to go home knowing I’ve had a part in someone’s positive transformation.
I am so happy to be offering my own RIVERSIDE studio space now and can't wait to see where this exciting chapter leads us! It has definitely been a journey to get to the place I am today and I'd like to thank you all SO MUCH for your continued support along the way. xo

Chantelle Kotyk has studied dance from a very young age. Originally from Burlington ON, she made the move to Sarnia in 2017. Chantelle graduated from the dance program at George Brown College in Toronto, in 2004, and taught dance and musical theatre at various programs throughout the GTA. Through her experience in the dance industry she fell in love with barre fitness! Obtaining her certification to teach from Barre Works in Toronto, in 2018, Chantelle has been teaching classes at various studios in Sarnia ever since. Currently studying nutrition at the Alive Academy of Natural Health, she is also working towards her Holistic Nutritional Consulting Diploma. Chantelle is very excited to join the team and share her passion for barre and dance with everyone!

Chelsea prides herself on being a nurse, an avid traveller and a dog mom. She has been practicing yoga for around 10 years at various studios and on her own at home. Just over a year ago she decided to start her journey towards becoming a yoga instructor through YogaFit and has completed courses on yoga for kids, seniors, and warriors (PTSD). With 100 hours of training accomplished thus far she is ready to start leading classes of her own and can’t wait to keep learning more on her yoga journey. Chelsea is very thrilled to be joining us and to share her love for yoga with others.

Lori first discovered her passion for yoga 12 years ago in Hamilton, Ontario, where she first studied it. She fell in love with yoga and has since practiced and taught at many local studios (as well as homeless shelters, Nurse Practitioner Clinics, Church basements, etc.). Adding beach yoga, with the JessicaLynn Fitness fam jam, has been a perfect fit and we're excited to see her more and more in the coming months!
Lori is a Registered Nurse as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance, and has her 200hr teacher training. She also has over 350 hours of yoga teaching experience! Lori's vinyasa flow style is playful and fun, but educational and spiritual as well. Lori ties in the 8 limbs of yoga, as well as anatomy, Sanskrit, chanting and mediation.
We are so happy to have Lori as a part of our
JessicaLynn Fitness family!

Colleen was drawn to yoga seeking stress relief.
Positive changes and healing resulted within her practice which inspired her to pursue teaching and to change careers focusing on health and wellness, yoga and Ayurveda.
Colleen is passionate about facilitating mind-body balancing through meditation, restorative yoga and gentle mindful movement practices.
We are so pleased to announce that her Relax & Renew, Candlelit Restorative Yoga series, has had such a wonderful reception, that you'll be seeing more and more of Colleen on our schedule!
