A toning and tightening class using varying levels of resistance and your own bodyweight for a full-body sculpt. Pilates, ballet and yoga-inspired sequences. This one will be timed to the music and incorporate the ballet barre!

All within your own space with individual equipment; no running from station-to-station in this one.

Anything goes!  

Structure and equipment will vary from day-to-day in this class to keep things fresh and exciting!  High emphasis on lower body and core strength with short cardio bursts.

~Candlelit Restorative Yoga~

Offering the body a chance to rest deeply and revitalize. 

Use of restorative props (blankets, bolsters, yoga blocks, sandbags, herb infused eye pillows, walls and chairs) provide complete support to create nurturing physical postures of ease and comfort.  

When deep relaxation is realized, healing can happen on many levels.

This class will lead you through 

Yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, Pranayama (breath control), and proper alignment in the asanas (or postures). 

Our instructors will guide you as you build both strength and heat in the body throughout this one hour Vynyasa Flow class.

Gentle Yoga

Join us for a moment to 

just... slow... down.  

Come and learn asanas (poses), proper alignment and technique.  This is a gentle class, wonderful for beginners and anyone looking to relax the body and 

calm the mind.

Roll & Restore

Using the foam rollers, we will begin with a core strengthening sequence in each of these classes.  Then, finish by using the rollers as a massage tool for tight muscles, increasing flexibility and shortening recovery times.
